Julius Clinical Research, a full service Academic Research Organisation (ARO) with strong academic background and considerable experience in the implementation of phase II-IV clinical trials, based in Utrecht, the Netherlands.
Julius Clinical Research has access to large clinical networks and academic partners in Europe and South America. Our strong presence in Europe is reflected in our network of own CRA's in most European countries and close links with major European research clinics. When desired, Julius Clinical Research works with preferred subcontractors or alternatively is able and willing to collaborate with sponsor vendors. Furthermore, Julius Clinical Research together with two major academic research centers in the USA and Australasia form the Academic Alliance for Clinical Trials (AACT). This single contracting entity strengthens our global capabilities, our access to many populations and our ability to conduct large studies in shorter time frames.
Julius Clinical Research and its partners have recruited over 200.000 patients in randomised trials. Currently, Julius Clinical Research collaborates with over 1.000 clinical sites in various disciplines and is executing over 70 clinical trials worldwide, of which about 50 investigator driven studies of the University Medical Center (UMC) Utrecht, the Netherlands.
