Due to expansion we are looking for an experienced Business Development Director who is eager to explore (sales) opportunities in ground-breaking scientific clinical research. As integral part of our business development team, your main responsibility is to sell clinical research that delivers scientific added value. You explore various markets in collaboration with the inside sales team, and identify potential new sponsors and opportunities. You manage current and prospective sponsor relations, carefully considering and delivering proposals at sponsors’ requests, and fostering a team environment to successfully meet the targets of the company. The BD team works very closely with the operational and the science department, divided into therapeutic areas (therapeutic alignment). In this way, we create the best solutions for the need(s) of (potential) clients.
