At Julius Clinical we have over 120 employees and are growing. We are looking for a new colleague to develop, coordinate and implement our training and development programs. Our people are our main capital, and our goal is to keep developing our talented staff.
Typical examples of our training programs include current laws and regulations, which are important in clinical drug research, soft skills and leadership development skills for our line managers and project managers.
You will also have an important consulting role. You may be asked for advice about general training, study specific training, team and individual development as well as facilitation and running of existing and new workshops. We are particularly interested in a manager who can bring creative input to make seemingly ‘mundane’ topics more vivid and interesting.
You will have line management responsibility for two training assistants who take care of all practical and administrative matters, so that you can focus on training and developing our employees. You will report to the Director Human Resources.
