The goal of the function is to contribute to the ReSViNET Foundation by playing a key role for the marketing and communication for ReSViNET’s activities, including the organisation of bi-annually conference and different activities related to the RSV patient network and RSV awareness week.

Tasks and responsibilities

  1. Monitors clinical research in accordance with the protocol, SOPs, applicable laws and ICH-GCP guidelines, including visit report compilation and follow-up within the set timelines;
  2. Effectiveness of marketing presentations, collateral, communications, tools and other materials;
  3. Creativity in finding new ways of developing and communicating ReSViNET’s activities as described above;
  4. Work in accordance with timelines;
  5. Assists with coordination of updates and improvements on the ReSViNET website and manages ReSViNET and ReSViNET’s Patient Network Social Media presence via LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, email marketing, Twitter, Blogs, etc. in collaboration with the team;
  6. Develops promotional materials including marketing collateral and print copies;
  7. Edits materials according to specific target audience requirements;
  8. Coordinates, facilitates and implements ReSViNET’s corporate brand;
  9. Supports and facilitates development and implementation of marketing plans;
  10. Develops and delivers insightful presentations and ideas to the team where appropriate;
  11. Offers coaching for prospective meetings, presentations, etc.;
  12. Develops and delivers insightful presentations and ideas to the team where appropriate;
  13. Helps with development of report after awareness week

Job requirements

The ideal candidate has:

  1. Background in marketing and/or communication;
  2. Affinity with medical science is preferable;
  3. Minimum of HBO level;
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office computer programs;
  5. Skilled with design and editing software, such as Photoshop;
  6. Experience in assessing & targeting audience reach on Social Media platforms;
  7. Knowledge of electronic media such as Websites, e-Newsletters, Social Media, and other Web 2.0;
  8. Ability to creatively find solutions to challenges;
  9. Team player with abilities and desire to interact with people at all levels;
  10. Adequate command of written and spoken Dutch and English
