Join Julius Clinical as our new Market Strategy Manager (Inside Sales) in Spain!

As the Market Strategy Manager (Inside Sales), you will play a key role in supporting our Business Development team by identifying and seizing new market opportunities. You will proactively gather market intelligence, connect with potential clients, and align Julius Clinical’s unique benefits with market needs. This position is ideal for a recent graduate with a university degree, with strong networking skills and a passion for driving growth in the clinical research sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organise and undertake prospection activities (predominately through email but also calling, LinkedIn and other relevant channels);
  • Collect and analyze market data including using database search tools to identify potential leads and opportunities;
  • Support Business Development and Scientific Officers with potential leads;
  • Support and arrange client meetings, ensuring both logistical and content preparation;
  • Maintain CRM tool and master lists up to date.

 

 

 

  • Education: bachelor’s or master’s degree (biomedical science or related field is a plus)

    Experience:

    • Strong affinity with business development
    • Knowledge of database search tools

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Entrepreneurial mindset, tenacious
    • Strong initiative and creativity
    • Excellent planning and organizational skills
    • Ability to listen, identify client needs, and navigate cultural differences

    Languages: Proficient in English and Spanish, French is a plus.
